Do I need an architect?
Yes, it is recommended to have an architect to create the plans, dimensions, and measurements.
Can you create the plans for me?
Yes, but you would need to provide all the necessary data requested by the technical department. Additionally, this work will incur a cost, which will be informed beforehand. If the contract is eventually signed, this cost will be deducted from the total.
What are the prices?
Prices vary based on the finish and the quality negotiated with each client.
What do these prices include?
Load-bearing structure made of hot-rolled steel, with elements bolted together to form the solid structure of the house or construction unit.
Enclosures or vertical walls resolved with light profiles, complementing the main structure to accommodate all the elements that make up the facade.
Turnkey: all the aforementioned elements plus the interior finish of walls and ceiling, complete bathrooms, and kitchen.
How is it transported?
By special transport and unloading crane.
Do you handle the assembly?
Yes, the assembly is always done by the company except in exceptional cases.
Can the assembly be done by a builder or renovator?
In such cases, the manufacturer sends a technician to supervise the process.
What type of service do you provide? Can it be turnkey?
Yes, the manufacturer has a standard turnkey model. There is an option to modify the standards, subject to changes in final prices.
